Akron Traveling Supervisor

About the role

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Travel Supervisor to support operations across multiple facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The position involves traveling to different job sites, supervising operations, supporting teams, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing background check

Pay

$50,000/year + travel pay + growth opportunities
