We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections with real content. We need to extract content from posting. Company Overview etc is not needed? The instructions: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should keep substantive info: Company Overview maybe not needed? It's not a section heading; we can include as

maybe under About the role? Actually "About the role" heading is for role description. Could include company overview as part of About the role? But we need to preserve all substantive information. The posting includes Company Overview, Group Overview, Position Summary, What You'll Do, What You Bring, Additional Eligibility Qualifications, Benefits, Work Authorization / Security Clearance, AAP/EEO Statement (remove), Position Type and Expected Hours of Work, Work Environment, Base Pay Range, Our Firmware (maybe not needed). We need to map to sections. We can have:

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing Company Overview, Group Overview, Position Summary? But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the text verbatim? Probably we can keep paragraphs as they are, but we need to split into sections. We could do:

About the role

Company Overview Metrea delivers effects-as-a-service ...

Group Overview Special Air Missions Group (SAM) is responsible for developing and delivering Metrea’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Special Mobility, and Aerial Firefighting (AFF) capabilities....

Position Summary In this role, you will execute day-to-day Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) operations across assigned aircraft platforms....

Then

Responsibilities

with
  • list of What You'll Do items. Then

    Requirements

maybe combine What You Bring and Additional Eligibility Qualifications? But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. What You Bring includes: FAA A&P certificate required; IA strongly preferred; 7+ years experience; Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations; familiarity with EASA; Experience in maintenance planning, configuration control, aircraft records management; Experience interfacing with OEMs and managing technical escalations; Ability to make sound technical decisions in dynamic operational environments. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced multi-platform; Strong communication skills; Proven ability to lead through influence; High attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital recordkeeping systems; Willingness to support on-call requirements. We could map Requirements to the mandatory certificates/experience, Qualifications to the additional eligibility, Skills to communication, leadership, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine into Requirements and Qualifications. But we must follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including certificates, experience, knowledge), Qualifications (including additional eligibility), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We also have Work Authorization / Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in US, must be US citizen, eligible to obtain/maintain Secret clearance. That could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Probably Requirements. Also Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: full-time exempt, typical hours Monday-Friday 8-5, may change, on-call. That's Schedule. Work Environment: office setting, travel 25%. Could be part of About the role or separate? Could be Schedule? Not exactly. Could be About the role? Might be separate but we want few sections. Could include in About the role as a paragraph. Our Firmware: maybe not needed; it's fluff but substantive? It's about company values; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but still maybe not needed. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Our Firmware is not those; it's company culture description. Might keep as part of About the role? But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include it. Thus About the role could contain Company Overview, Group Overview, Position Summary, Work Environment, Our Firmware. But that may be long but okay. Now Benefits: list given. Pay: Pay Range: $145,000 - $165,000 USD. Schedule: Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes ampersand (&) etc. We'll keep as is; it's plain text inside

    etc. We'll produce:

    About the role

Company Overview Metrea delivers effects-as-a-service to national security partners across five domains and more than a dozen mission areas. These include airborne ISR, electronic warfare, secure communications, aerial refueling, special air missions, aerial firefighting, and advanced simulation. We own the whole stack: designing, building, and operating turnkey capabilities that give our partners decisive, asymmetric advantage against rapidly evolving threats. Our operating model is built around three interlocking pillars. The Support Groups provide a global shared-service – spanning people, finance, platform, operations, legal, and engagement. This frees up our Core Groups, who develop and own mission capabilities end-to-end, to focus entirely on delivery. The Market Groups apply a regional lens, ensuring that our agile and adaptable capabilities remain aligned to the wicked problems that matter most to our partners across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. At the heart of our model is a simple but powerful idea: be a true partner with skin in the game. Our partners need effects, not just equipment. By owning the full stack – from the lab to the field – we are able to drive a continuous cycle of innovation that keeps our partners ahead. It's a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment where talented people are given real responsibility, work on problems that matter, and contribute to an enterprise that is growing quickly and deliberately. Headquartered in Washington, DC, with facilities across the United States, the United Kingdom, as well as Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Group Overview Special Air Missions Group (SAM) is responsible for developing and delivering Metrea’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Special Mobility, and Aerial Firefighting (AFF) capabilities. SAM oversees the integration of new mission systems, ensuring operational readiness across specialized aviation operations. It manages fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships to enhance mission effectiveness. By consolidating expertise and infrastructure, SAM ensures Metrea’s airborne capabilities remain adaptable and mission-ready across dynamic operational environments.

Position Summary In this role, you will execute day-to-day Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) operations across assigned aircraft platforms. You will ensure aircraft remain compliant, mission-ready, and aligned with regulatory and company standards by integrating maintenance planning, configuration control, and operational requirements. You will be successful if you can anticipate issues before they impact operations, make sound technical decisions in dynamic environments, and translate CAMO strategy into disciplined execution. This role serves as a delegated authority for airworthiness decisions and acts as the operational backbone of the CAMO.

Work Environment This job operates in an office setting Travel 25%.

Our Firmware At Metrea, our single core value is Rooted in Humility, and our four cornerstone attributes are Entrepreneurial, Systematic, Discerning, and Over-Deliver. These form what we call our Teammate Firmware. Just like technical firmware connects software and hardware, our Firmware is the constant interface between our mission and our people. It defines how we show up, how we work together, and how we solve complex problems. Our team Firmware creates a web-like, hyper-collaborative, dynamically hierarchical way of working that helps us adapt quickly, communicate openly, and distribute decision-making to where expertise actually lives. It enables groups to self-organize around hard problems, shift fluidly as priorities evolve, and operate with the trust, curiosity, and discipline required in a complex mission space. This foundation allows us to deliver elegant, effective solutions and uphold our purpose: protecting our precious inheritance.
