About the Role
The Traffic Officer provides operational support through upholding and enforcing the local parking ordinances while assisting customers with parking needs and for directing traffic for the Pensacola Airport.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle control, and traffic.
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of outdoor work experience.
- General knowledge of streets and directions.
- Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

- Security Background is a plus, but not required.
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time (95-100% of shift) - no sitting is allowed.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time or part-time morning shifts available.
- Hourly rate: $15.00–$16.00/hour.
