Requirements
- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or public agency partners.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry activity, restricted areas, and credential compliance as directed by post instructions, helping to support authorized access and orderly operations.
- Aid with traffic flow, wayfinding, and crowd management during busy periods, special events, and/or transportation disruptions while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.
