Job Description

As a Airport Security Officer Customer Care Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support travelers and staff with strong customer service and communication.

Requirements

• 20+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public agency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support order at a government transportation location by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
