Airport Agent Supervisor - PIR

Responsibilities
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting SkyWest's guiding principles.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain high standards and quality across the department.
- Supervise and oversee cross-utilized agents, providing direction, guidance, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with SkyWest's operating standards and procedures.
- Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
- Attend company training classes and conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
- Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Show strong people and employee-relation skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Work under pressure and understand ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
- Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with partner dedicated computer systems.
- Promote a safety culture in the station.
- Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This is a part-time position paying $20 per hour, plus override.
- Physical requirements include lifting 50+ pounds consistently.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Skills
