Airport Agent Supervisor - PIR

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting SkyWest's guiding principles.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain high standards and quality across the department.
• Supervise and oversee cross-utilized agents, providing direction, guidance, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest's operating standards and procedures.
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes and conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Show strong people and employee-relation skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Work under pressure and understand ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Promote a safety culture in the station.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a part-time position paying $20 per hour, plus override.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50+ pounds consistently.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
