Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employeesDevelop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agentsProvide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnelEnsure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and proceduresConstantly promote teamwork to achieve station goalsAttend company training classes as neededConduct briefings and meetings with station personnelCross Utilized Agent duties as required Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or olderPossess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s licenseHigh school diploma or GED equivalent Pass a background check and drug screeningLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipPossess excellent communication and organizational skillsDemonstrate strong people and employee-relationship skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedWork under pressureUnderstanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp proceduresLift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodationPossess required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and proceduresFamiliar with partner dedicated computer systemsPromote a safety culture in the stationThis position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPart-time and full-time positions may be available $18 per hour, plus override Physical And Other Requirements This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position Please complete the online application.
