Airport Agent Supervisor - PIR

As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of airline professionals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and maintaining efficiency, safety, and punctuality.

Primary Job Duties

• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment
• Maintain consistent quality standards across the department
• Supervise and guide all cross-utilized agents
• Provide direction, motivation, and support to station personnel
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend and participate in company training classes
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong people and employee relations skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Familiarity with SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures
• Proficiency with partner dedicated computer systems
• Commitment to promoting a safety culture in the station

Physical and Other Requirements

• This position does not require a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive role.
• Flexible schedule with possible split shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time position with a base pay of $20 per hour, plus supervisor override.
• Position requires a flexible schedule.
