Airport Agent Supervisor - CNY

Primary Job Duties

• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting SkyWest's guiding principles.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain high standards and quality across the department.
• Supervise and guide cross-utilized agents, providing direction and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest's operating standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals through regular briefings and meetings.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people and employee-relation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Commitment to promoting a safety culture in the station.

Physical And Other Requirements

• This position does not require a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive role.
• The role requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
• The starting pay is $18 per hour, plus override.
• The position involves physical demands such as lifting 50+ pounds.
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.
