Primary Job Duties
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting SkyWest's guiding principles.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain high standards and quality across the department.
- Supervise and guide cross-utilized agents, providing direction and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with SkyWest's operating standards and procedures.
- Promote teamwork to achieve station goals through regular briefings and meetings.
- Attend company training classes as needed.
- Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
- Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- A valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Licensed to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong people and employee-relation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with partner dedicated computer systems.
- Commitment to promoting a safety culture in the station.
Physical And Other Requirements
- This position does not require a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive role.
- The role requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
- The starting pay is $18 per hour, plus override.
- The position involves physical demands such as lifting 50+ pounds.
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.
