Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service while performing tasks such as ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, and resolving customer concerns.
• Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers.
• Escort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteously.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be adaptable to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
• Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• This is a part-time position starting at $16 per hour.

Physical and Other Requirements

This position does not require a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive role. It requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
