Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Service aircraft as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid, unrestricted, state‑issued driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record‑keeping and baggage routing
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time‑management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
