Airline Passenger Service Agent

About the role

Join Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Service Agent at Denver International Airport. This full-time position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll contribute to a smooth travel experience for passengers while working behind the scenes in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues in the airport.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance.
• Lift and move up to 70lbs of cargo and baggage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct (no visible tattoos/excessive piercings).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background check, and employment history verification.
• Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.

Pay

$20.00 per hour with uncapped commission. Base wage increases: $0.50 after 6 months, $0.50 after 1 year, and $0.50 after 2 years of service.

Working Conditions

The work environment is primarily indoors but may be affected by harsh weather conditions near open terminal doors. You will interact with disgruntled customers and must maintain a positive attitude while representing the company.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, climb, or balance.
• Lift and move up to 70lbs, including bending and stooping.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70lbs.
