Airline Passenger Service Agent

About the Role

Join Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Service Agent at Denver International Airport. This full-time position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll contribute to a smooth travel experience for passengers while working behind the scenes in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues.
• Interpret identification labels, baggage, and cargo routing tags.
• Maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance.
• Lift and move up to 70lbs of cargo and baggage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct (no visible tattoos/excessive piercings).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug screen, FBI background check, and employment history verification.
• Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.

Pay

$20.00 per hour with uncapped commission. Base wage increases: $0.50 after 6 months, $0.50 after 1 year, and $0.50 after 2 years of service.

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily indoors but may be affected by harsh weather near open terminal doors.
• Uniform, including a long coat, is provided.
• Must maintain a positive attitude when dealing with disgruntled customers.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, climb, balance, talk, or hear.
• Must lift and move passenger bags up to 70lbs, involving bending and stooping.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70lbs.
