As an Airline Operations Control Center Duty Manager, you'll be part of a growing team dedicated to connecting communities with their loved ones and places.
Responsibilities
- Proactively and effectively manage the daily flight operations within the System Operations Control Center to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and customer satisfaction standards.
- Maximize fleet utilization by coordinating with various departments on cancellations, consolidations, special stops, delays, ferry flights, and other operational matters.
- Provide tactical operational oversight to meet company safety, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain compliance with delay checklists and ensure accurate daily operation reports.
- Communicate and coordinate operational irregularities to relevant departments and facilitate daily and irregular operation calls.
- Facilitate availability of carriers for sub-service operations and update the sub-service database.
- Aid sales with flight times, performance, aircraft/crew routings, flight numbering, and customer coordination.
- Act as primary liaison to charter operators and government agencies regarding aircraft delays.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and composure under stress.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of airline operations experience, preferably in a SOC (System Operations Control) role.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Dispatcher, or Crew Schedule Supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with airline operations software and systems.
- Leadership experience in a supervisory capacity.

Pay
$72,000 - $78,000 USD annually.
Schedule
Full-Time, Exempt.
Work Location
Minneapolis, MN (onsite).
Supervisory Responsibility
None.
