Airline Baggage Service Office Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise Baggage Service Representatives
- Provide First Class Service to guests, clients, and employees
- Serve as the point of contact for Priority Parcel Service packages
- Manage the Lost & Found/Left on Board items process for the airline
- Ensure operational goals are met and foster a positive work environment
- Offer employee feedback and support
Qualifications
- Airline industry experience preferred
- BSO experience preferred
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
Appearance Guidelines
- Presentation of a professional business-like image
- No visible tattoos or body piercings
- Uniforms must be clean & well-maintained

- Physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds, sitting, standing, reaching, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, turning, stretching, bending, and moving quickly
