Supervisor, Airport Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations at assigned airport locations.
• Reports on daily operational performance metrics.
• Conducts on-site audits and station visits.
• Serves as the liaison to Service Providers and Airport Partners.
• Ensures service providers maintain standards as outlined in SLAs.
• Mentors and guides Station Managers.
• Communicates with airports regarding company updates.
• Provides initial, recurrent, and ongoing training to Crewmembers and managers.
• Evaluates and measures the effectiveness of training.
• Performs regulatory and operational compliance audits.
• Inspects contractor activities such as GSE repairs, deicing services, and fueling services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license.
• Three (3) years’ experience in Airport Operations preferred.
• Able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. for a distance of 10 feet.
• Able to work outside in inclement weather.
• Able to work shift work, weekends, and holidays.
