Reports To Records Manager Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Ability to learn and understand computer tracking programs. Strong attention to detail. Prior aircraft records experience preferred. Highly Prefer prior FlightDocs (Veryon) experience. Ability to work a flexible 5 days a week shift to include some weekends. Duties and Responsibilities: These shall include, but are not limited to the following: Performing daily administration of aircraft records. Verifying maintenance paperwork and ensure it has been completed accurately. Scanning and cataloging completed paperwork to maintain orderly system of aircraft digital and physical files. Ensuring aircraft records have been entered into the computer tracking system and are tracking correctly. Performing daily audits of aircraft paperwork. Assisting in new aircraft audits and onboarding process. Providing aircraft reports as required.
