About the role
Aircraft painters are responsible for applying paint and other protective coatings to aircraft to ensure they meet safety standards and maintain their appearance.
Responsibilities
- Apply paint and other protective coatings to aircraft surfaces using spray guns and other equipment.
- Follow detailed specifications and guidelines for painting techniques and materials.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Work in a team environment, following established procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.

Schedule
