About the role

Aircraft painters are responsible for applying paint and other protective coatings to aircraft to ensure they meet safety standards and maintain their appearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint and other protective coatings to aircraft surfaces using spray guns and other equipment.
• Follow detailed specifications and guidelines for painting techniques and materials.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Work in a team environment, following established procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.

$50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
