About the role
The Aircraft Mechanic II position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks on aircraft and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on aircraft
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Completion of an FAA-approved mechanic training program
- Current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
- Passing score on the FAA Practical Test Standards (PTS)
Skills
- Proficient in using aviation maintenance software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
