Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs
  • Provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician
  • Manage inventory checks, update equipment tracking log, place replacement requests, document part expenditures
  • Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information, comply with policies and procedures, adhere to company’s information security standards
  • Sustain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew
  • Facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors, and team members through appropriate communication methods
  • Collaborate and work professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, other AMTs, and operations team

Requirements

  • EC135, H130, and/or BK-117 maintenance experience
  • Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience with a minimum of six months during the last 24 months
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Valid State issued Driver's license
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
  • EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
  • Must live within an hour of base
  • Ability to push/pull 100+ lbs
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification
  • Related experience under CFR Part 135
  • Autopilot maintenance experience

Pay

Starting Salary: $65,239 - $94,567 annually

I.A. Stipend: 2,080

Sign-On Bonus: 12,500
