About the role
Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. Operating as Delta Connection, Endeavor flies to 122 destinations in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean from its headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Hub operations are in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, with 11 maintenance bases across the network.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair aircraft, components, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components according to established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment.
- Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
- Perform structural repair, inspections, and identify/preventive repairs.
- Complete aircraft maintenance forms and enter data into the Maintenance Data System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow the Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all business dealings and decisions.
- Act ethically in all work activities, adhere to Endeavor's core values, and demonstrate high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
- Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, and be self-motivated.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's license and insurable under company insurance coverage.
- Passport required within 3 months of hire; passport expenses are paid by the employee.
- Physical ability to perform physical tasks including pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.

Pay
Hourly: USD $32.00/Hr. USD $40.20/Hr.
