About the role
Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. Operating as Delta Connection, Endeavor flies to 122 destinations in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean from 141 regional jets on 750 daily flights. Based in Minneapolis, Endeavor has hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, and 11 maintenance bases.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair aircraft, components, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components according to established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment.
- Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
- Perform structural repair, inspections, and identify/preventive repairs.
- Complete aircraft maintenance forms and enter data into the Maintenance Data System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Comply with the Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all business dealings and decisions.
- Demonstrate high levels of communication, decision-making, dependability, ethics, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
- Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to hold a passport within 3 months of hire.
- Physical requirements including pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to use ladders, work stands, lifts, and access all areas of the aircraft.
- No medical conditions that would prevent certification for aircraft run/taxi.

Pay
Hourly rate: USD $32.00/Hr. USD $40.20/Hr. (depending on experience).
Schedule
Nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.
