Aircraft Maintenance Support Specialist

Role Overview: Provides aircraft technical assistance and guidance to customers and service facilities, serving as a subject matter expert in aviation maintenance and operations. Key Responsibilities: Offer technical support and coordinate instructions for Continued Airworthiness updates.Maintain accurate customer and reporting databases to track issues and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.Work directly with customers and service centers to resolve technical issues and improve service quality. Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in aviation-related field preferred.Airframe & Powerplant license strongly preferred.10+ years of aviation industry experience, with knowledge of Federal Aircraft Regulations (Part 145, 91, 135), repair inspection, and repair development in composites and metals.Familiarity with European and Civil Aviation Authority standards.Proficient in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and electrical/avionic systems. Working Conditions: Desk work, computer-based tasks, lifting up to 15 pounds, fast-paced environment, with potential travel. Qualifications & Skills: Strong technical knowledge in aircraft systems and repair processes.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
