Position Responsibilities

  • Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies components by changing, removing or replacing to correct failures or implement changes.
  • Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, replacement, applicable modifications and inspection results).
  • Oversees training.
  • Models a culture of One Team, Pride and Ownership.
  • Must have knowledge of general aircraft maintenance, livery application and environment processes (FOD control, tool control, health & safety).
  • Removes and replaces components for repair or replacement to support product serviceability.
  • Solves and corrects routine and complex problems during maintenance and overhaul of deliverable products.
  • Ensures adequacy, accuracy and thoroughness of product modification.
  • Adhere to FAA Part 145 Repair Station and Form 8130-3: Prep, Review, and Compliance.
  • Follow FAA, company, and safety regulations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Willing to work any shift.
  • 3+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years 737 OR 787 Program Experience.
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

  • Demonstrates strong effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned tasks/work.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range

  • $70,200 - 74,100

Shift

  • This position is for variable shift (shift 4).
  • Variable shift means you will be assigned a shift at the time of hire based on business needs.
  • You will remain on your assigned work shift until re-evaluation is required.
  • Shifts assigned for training may differ from your permanent work shift.

Relocation

  • This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
