Aircraft Completion Program Manager

About the role

This is a customer facing, high ownership role for a program manager who has personally led complex, high value VIP or VVIP aircraft completion programs, focusing on ACJ aircraft where Airbus completion experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own one customer aircraft program at a time from planning through to final delivery.
• Act as the main link between the customer, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and senior leadership.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, risks, customer updates and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor activity to keep technical, commercial and schedule commitments on track.
• Drive issue resolution across a complex completion environment, including engineering, production and certification challenges.
• Maintain clear executive visibility across program performance, risks and recovery plans.

Requirements

• Proven VIP/VVIP aircraft completion program manager experience.
• Direct Airbus completion experience, ideally ACJ, A220, A320 or A321 (Boeing experience worth a conversation).
• Experience managing multi‑million dollar programs, including budget, schedule, scope and customer delivery.
• STC, FAA and EASA regulatory experience.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor management capability.
• US work authorisation and ability to work five days per week on site in Indianapolis.

Pay

Base salary $130,000‑$150,000 plus 10% bonus.
