About the role
As an Aircraft Avionics Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in mechanical knowledge, avionics, and aircraft maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of aircraft systems. This position will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting avionics systems.
Responsibilities
- Utilize mechanical knowledge with a focus on aircraft systems
- Use precision measuring instruments for avionics maintenance
- Work on other aircraft systems with detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures
- Show strong electrical and troubleshooting skills for avionics systems
- Comply with FAR 91.411 and 91.413
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with a focus on aircraft systems
- Experience using precision measuring instruments for avionics maintenance
- Possession of an Airframe & Powerplant License (preferred)
- Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures
- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills for avionics systems
- Experience with FAR 91.411 and 91.413
- 5 years of experience in Avionics (Preferred)
- Airframe & Powerplant License (Preferred)
