Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with travel bookings, ticketing, and inquiries
- Provide high-quality customer service and support at the airport
- Maintain professional interaction with passengers and resolve travel-related issues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment on rotational shifts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (academic transcript is mandatory at the time of application)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Female candidates only
- Age: 22 to 28 years
- Good communication skills, confident and pleasant personality, ability to work in shift schedules
