About the role

Join a global leader in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions as an Air or Ocean Specialist II. You will support air and ocean import operations, customs compliance, customer service, shipment tracking, and end-to-end freight management.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import shipments from origin to delivery
• Ensure customs and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, customers, and global partners
• Handle shipment documentation, billing, and milestone tracking
• Support key customer accounts and complex import operations
• Build strong relationships with clients and logistics partners

Requirements

• Import operations experience within freight forwarding
• Knowledge of air and ocean import processes and regulations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with CargoWise (preferred)
• 5+ years of import logistics experience (preferred)
