Air Freight Export Specialist

Role Responsibilities (CBA Scope)

• Cook up air export and import shipments end-to-end
• Make sure airline bookings and shipment execution are done on time
• Be the main person who talks to customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas stations
• Prepare and check all necessary shipping papers (AWB, AES/EEI, AMS, manifests, etc.)
• Keep track of shipments and give customers regular updates
• Make sure everything follows the rules for exporting and importing
• Write accurate bills and keep customer records in CargoWise
• Meet goals for service, accuracy, and productivity

Skills / Requirements

• Great customer service skills
• Very good at following up on things
• Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Have some experience working in the air freight industry
• Know how to use CargoWise systems

Pay Range

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role-dependent performance-based incentives.

401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.

About the role
