Air Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage air cargo import/export operations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Cook with airlines, brokers, and partners to resolve shipping issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs, aviation, and hazardous goods regulations.
• Track shipments and maintain up-to-date records for clients and teams.
• Provide responsive customer service and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth logistics flow.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve performance.
• Control costs, negotiate rates, and assist with staff training.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in air export logistics or operations.
• Strong people skills with the ability to actively listen, understand, and communicate clearly for successful outcomes.
• Hightly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks with a proactive approach.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer applications.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of GoFreight software is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Understanding of air import procedures and background in freight forwarding are strong assets.
