About the role

START YOUR CAREER IN HVAC – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Are you looking for a hands-on job with a future? Do you have some construction experience, or are you good with using tools? We’re hiring entry-level Air Conditioning Trainees to join our growing team! No experience? No problem. We will train the right candidates from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade, work outdoors, and build a long-term career with a stable and supportive company. Experienced technicians make as much as $40 to $50/hour, so with hard work you can achieve this too.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Load and unload tools and equipment
• Support lead technicians with tasks on-site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site/shop
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Positive attitude and punctuality a must
• Must be 18 years or older

Experience with some construction or mechanical skills a plus.

Pay

$20 to $25/hour based on prior work experience.
