Air Conditioning Field Service Manager / HVAC Manager

The role involves managing a team of HVAC technicians, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service responses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly.
• Manage a team of HVAC technicians to meet service demands and quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC management or similar field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and repair techniques.
• Experience with scheduling and time management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
