Air Conditioning Field Service Manager / HVAC Manager

We pay our Air Conditioning Field Service Managers / HVAC Managers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 a year. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for both office locations and all company vans.
• Deliver materials to job sites and manage those sites to ensure jobs get done in budgeted timeframes.
• Provide technical support for techs in the field.
• Bounce around, balancing a variety of administrative tasks as well as hands-on field management duties.
• Leverage management skills to lead the company to success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Qualifications

• English and Spanish speaking highly desired.
