Responsibilities

• Support individuals in activities of daily living
• Measure patient/resident vital signs, monitor medical devices and equipment, and transmit information to the nurse
• Identify changes in the patient's condition
• Provide personal hygiene care, comfort care, and prevention
• Monitor the general condition of the patient/resident, administer medications, and inform the nurse of any abnormal signs or risks (falls, bedsores, etc.)
