Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living
• Measure patient/resident vital signs, monitor medical devices and equipment, and transmit information to the nurse
• Identify changes in the patient's condition
• Provide body hygiene, comfort, and prevention care
• Monitor the patient/resident's general condition, administer medications, and inform the nurse of any abnormal signs or risks (falls, bedsores, etc.)
