  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support services.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and handle potential security incidents.
  • Manage communication with employers and job seekers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
