The Role
The AI Transformation Specialist is a strategic, hands-on role focused on re-engineering how work gets done across the Global Investor Engagement Organization by combining process excellence, automation, and applied AI expertise. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI tools, data, and execution, with a mandate to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that materially increase productivity, scalability, and decision quality across a client-facing organization at a large asset manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 3–8 years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or automation-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or redesign business processes.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and systems thinking.
- Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
