AI Transformation-1

For our client, we are seeking a AI Transformation-1 to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead change management and adoption efforts for technology releases that support account teams and field operations. You will partner closely with stakeholders across accounts to drive successful rollout, training, and user enablement while helping ensure new tools are adopted effectively. The position is focused on removing blockers, measuring impact, and translating user feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen execution across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for adoption and change management during release cycles Lead hands-on training and enablement sessions for account teams Develop and monitor scripts for adoption and measure impact Design tailored change-management materials specific to each account Identify adoption blockers and escalate issues with actionable recommendations Support account teams in transitioning from pilot to broader rollout Collect usability and adoption feedback from control account teams Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles Demonstrated experience in operations and technology operationalization Strong communication and facilitation skills for engaging diverse teams Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics Self-starter with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
