About the role
The team focuses on building and implementing the global Artificial Intelligence Go-to-Market strategy. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of this business in the North America-focused specific sub-regions. You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, product, and regional operations teams to provide actionable insights and use a data-driven approach to improve forecast accuracy, enhance decision-making, and deepen understanding of the rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
- Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to the business through analysis of bookings, activity, and product data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales Leadership, translating operational cadences into insights and leading proactive initiatives that accelerate business growth.
- Plan, set goals, manage territory design, expansion plans, and business activities (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business growth forecasts, staff meetings, MBRs, QBRs and other cadences).
- Structure and communicate ambiguous, and challenging business issues to advise the AI Sales leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations, sales operations, go-to-market or management consulting.
- Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
- Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience within Google Cloud S&O or Cloud Finance.
- Ability to influence business leadership with investigative skills, combined with business judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.
Pay
$186,000 - $270,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
