About the role

The Cloud AI Tech Go-To-Market team is focused on building and executing our Global AI GTM strategy. In this role, you will help drive the growth of this team and business globally.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up the global AI Tech Go-To-Market rhythm of business activities, including business reviews, resource allocation, workload reviews, and forecast calls.
  • Partner with regional AI Sales Specialists, FDE, AI CE, and finance teams to provide inputs into global Cloud AI forecast/review cycles.
  • Operationalize the AI Tech Go-To-Market team globally by driving the stand-up of key systems, R&R maps, processes, and tools to support business scaling.
  • Collaborate with regional peers on AI Tech Go-To-Market planning activities, including blueprint development, metric setting, and territory design.
  • Deliver actionable insights and data-driven requirements to influence executive decision-making and advise the AI Go-To-Market Tech team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in sales operations, professional services, technology consulting, finance or product/program management.
  • Experience creating reports using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
  • Experience in business planning, forecasting, and storytelling through data to facilitate conversations with executive leadership.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and in client management and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
  • Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with business planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
