About the role

Melzi is opening its certified partner network worldwide, in 20 languages. As a partner, you introduce businesses to Melzi’s private AI assistant. Melzi handles configuration, tool integration, team training, and delivery within 48 business hours—you are not responsible for implementation or support.

Melzi gives businesses their own private AI assistant that performs workflows rather than just answering questions. Connected to their tools, trained on their data, and under their control, the assistant completes tasks like building client recap decks, sending summary emails, and scheduling review calls—all from a single plain-language request. Users can then automate these workflows on a schedule.

What you get

• A named credential: Melzi Certified AI Solutions Partner, verifiable online and shareable on LinkedIn or your resume. It remains yours regardless of career changes.
• 50% of every setup fee, paid once the customer’s payment clears. Setup tiers are $990, $2,500, and $5,000, so a close pays $495, $1,250, or $2,500. Payments are non-refundable, with no renewals or residuals to chase.
• A partner portal with your own referral links and QR codes, automatic attribution, lead and commission tracking, and payout status.
• A founder-approved talk track, a delivery playbook, and an optional brand kit.
• A founder reviews your application and stays in the loop on your first engagements.

Who this fits

This role is ideal for independent consultants, agency owners, fractional operators, IT and MSP professionals, and experienced salespeople who already engage with small and mid-sized businesses. It is especially well-suited for those working in markets where English-first AI tools are inadequate, as the entire platform supports 20 languages.

Be clear on what this is not: There is no salary, base pay, or draw. You earn only when a business you introduced pays for a setup. The partner network is new, so you would be among the first certified partners. If you need predictable income immediately, this may not be the right fit.

Requirements

• Access to small or mid-sized businesses through your own network or client base.
• Comfortable running a live demo and having straightforward business conversations.
• Willingness to sign a partner agreement and sell only within an approved-claims list (accuracy matters more than enthusiasm, as this is a privacy product).
• Proficiency in any of our 20 supported languages. Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged.
