Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders to incorporate the company AI into business strategies
- Conduct demos and discovery sessions with potential clients to showcase the company AI
- Tailor presentations of the company AI to diverse audiences—from practitioners to executives
- Engage in detailed discussions about technical aspects of AI solutions
- Identify client needs and align them with the company’s range of offerings
- Absorb feedback from sales teams on how to package solutions effectively for client value
- Provide continuous feedback to product leadership based on field experiences and learnings
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing tech sales or solutions consulting roles
- Proficient in AI fundamentals and technologies, especially generative AI
- Skilled in creating and delivering training or enablement content
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities tailored to varied audiences
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and AI security issues
- Proven consultative discovery skills to translate tech capabilities into client outcomes
- Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
