AI Solutions Architect- Post-Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in AI security. You will ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI security solutions, working directly with customers after the sale to integrate technology into their workflows and maximize security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
• Technical Guidance & Iteration: Provide expert consultation on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking.
• Customer Success Ownership: Act as primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring ongoing value and scaling.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose issues, optimize configurations, and identify improvements.
• Enablement & Training: Deliver workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation.
• Feedback Loop: Capture feedback for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering (AI, security, or cloud preferred).
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; Kubernetes familiarity desirable.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with networking and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Python programming required; AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps) a plus.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and guiding iterative solution design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about customer success.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Skills

• Expertise in Docker and containerized workloads.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps).
