About the role

Rapidly growing AI software company seeks a technically strong, customer-facing Senior Customer AI Engineer to support enterprise clients throughout the full lifecycle of AI-driven marketing and automation initiatives – from implementation and integration through optimization, adoption, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of technical account management, AI solution consulting, and customer delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with enterprise stakeholders while also engaging deeply with APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts, supporting integrations, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced technical inquiries. Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and optimization. Act as trusted advisor.
  • Support customer integrations with APIs, data feeds, product catalogs. Design custom solutions (dashboards, data exports, workflow automations, AI-driven processes). Partner on optimization, measurement frameworks, automation strategies, and performance validation.
  • Aid with RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise solution discussions. Help standardize technical documentation and workflows. Identify expanded platform adoption opportunities.
  • Work with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to communicate feedback and influence platform improvements. Contribute to best practices and scalable processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Sales Engineer). Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI, martech, adtech, or data-driven software preferred. Proven track record with Fortune 500 enterprise environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, data feeds, and technical implementations. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation technologies. Working knowledge of databases, analytics, and data management. Ability to troubleshoot and communicate solutions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Consultative, customer-first mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity and contributing to process development. Collaborative, proactive with ownership mentality.
