Responsibilities

• Create engaging, original content using Flick across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms, from ideation to production and publishing.
• Stay on top of internet culture, viral trends, and AI creative tools, turning Flick's product features, creator stories, and AI films into compelling short-form videos, memes, and social posts.
• Lead social campaigns, product launches, and major announcements with creative, platform-native content.
• Experiment with content formats and distribution strategies to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Extremely online — you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, memes, and internet culture, and know what's trending before everyone else.
• Creative and playful with a great sense of humor, strong visual taste, and the ability to make content people actually want to watch and share (examples: Reel 1, Reel 2, Reel 3).
• AI-native — familiar with AI creative tools and excited to experiment with new ways of creating content.
• Strong sense of taste — you know the difference between generic corporate content and something that feels fresh, authentic, and culturally relevant.
• Bonus: Experience growing social accounts, creating short-form videos, working at startups, or participating in AI creator communities.
