About the role
This role will own the private equity vertical with a focus on driving AI-enabled value creation across portfolio companies. The leader in this role will partner closely with executive stakeholders, including GPs, CFOs, and operating partners, to shape strategic programs and guide high-impact commercial conversations. You will also help build scalable frameworks, tools, and account strategies that support growth across multi-account relationships and the broader private equity market.
Responsibilities
- Own the private equity vertical, managing relationships and driving AI activation for portfolio companies.
- Develop tailored AI value creation frameworks for private equity investment theses.
- Lead engagements throughout the private equity portfolio lifecycle, including due diligence, integration, and exit preparation.
- Act as the primary executive sponsor for private equity-focused accounts, engaging in high-level discussions.
- Create account plans that extend across fund relationships, enhancing multi-portfolio programs.
- Collaborate with field teams to coordinate market strategies and align on proposals.
- Build foundational tools, including playbooks and frameworks, for scalable engagement in the private equity market.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in client advisory and commercial roles in consulting or financial services.
- Experience working with private equity firms and portfolio companies, with an understanding of investment decision-making.
- Track record of delivering services programs valued at $500K–$5M+ with measurable financial outcomes.
- Ability to manage multi-account programs, not just individual projects, contributing to overall portfolio growth.
- Experience successfully operating at the GP, CFO, and operating partner levels as a trusted advisor.
- Proficient in building AI value creation frameworks linking technology investments with business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with limited structure.

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
