About the Team

AlphaSense’s Product team develops AI-powered solutions that enable professionals to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. The SuperAnalyst team builds agentic finance capabilities, while the Forward Deployed team—composed of ex-practitioners—embeds with priority accounts as trusted partners, calibrating skills to each firm’s methodology and driving hands-on adoption.

About the Role

As an AI Deployment Lead, you will define and drive the product roadmap by working directly with marquee financial services clients. Combining front-office finance experience with an intuition for AI workflows, you will lead AlphaSense’s effort to reinvent private equity workflows into agentic capabilities on our platform. This involves scoping core client processes, building trusted relationships, designing new AI use cases, and driving adoption to make SuperAnalyst central to how teams research, pitch, model, and execute.

Responsibilities

• Lead forward-deployed client engagements to build bespoke AI applications and fine-tune the product for specific workflows and outcomes.
• Conduct GTM demos that demonstrate SuperAnalyst’s impact on real work, such as company research, financial modeling, valuation, and deliverables.
• Build consultative relationships with clients, establishing AlphaSense’s credibility and guiding evaluations toward decisions.
• Own the proof-of-value by scoping evaluations tailored to each firm, calibrating custom skills to their coverage groups and deal workflows, and setting success criteria tied to leadership priorities.
• Develop deep, hands-on fluency with SuperAnalyst’s capabilities and underlying models to serve as the definitive authority on AI-driven investing workflows.
• Translate bespoke deployment solutions, new use case discoveries, and client feedback into central product features, shaping the roadmap and strengthening AlphaSense’s competitive edge.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience at a top-tier private equity firm.
• Strong fluency in core private equity workflows, including financial modeling, investment committee memos, and valuation.
• Exposure across the full deal cycle—sourcing, screening, diligence, and execution—with hands-on ownership of live deal deliverables.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading polished demos and explaining complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured and outcome-oriented approach to scoping proof-of-value, defining success criteria, and building business cases for client evaluations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and conviction about its transformative potential in private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

Pay

Base compensation range: $145,000—$200,000 USD. Final offers may include performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
