AI Security Field CTO, Americas

Job Overview

The AI Security Field CTO, Americas will lead customer engagements, tackle complex challenges, and act as an expert on AI Security products. This role bridges Customer, Pre-sales, Product Management, and Engineering, supporting GTM needs with full visibility of projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success to deliver AI security products.
• Build product demos and demonstrate for strategic accounts and high-profile meetings.
• Drive AI Security deal success through complex technical sales engagements.
• Break down strategic product goals into actionable tasks and manage cross-department execution.
• Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Support sales in large opportunities, RFI/RFP, requirements gathering, and gaps.
• Enable sales and create deep product collateral.
• Lead complex customer deployments from design through implementation and validation.
• Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in B2B Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or Product Management in Cyber Security.
• Strong technical background in AI, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Business-driven with a customer-first attitude, supporting sales for new business.
• Strong product vision with ability to conduct market/user research, competitive analysis, and client feedback.
• Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with customers and partners.
