Organic and AI-sourced pipeline

• Maintain organic and AI-sourced pipeline MQL and pipeline contribution from organic and AI search.
• Primary scorecard for organic and AI-sourced pipeline growth.

Scaling Organic Growth

• Work across SEO, content infrastructure, and on-page optimization to grow inbound lead volume and quality.
• Track where Watershed appears (and doesn't) in AI-generated answers.
• Run experiments and build the measurement approach to steadily improve visibility and citation rate across content themes that matter most to Watershed.

Optimization & Testing

• Run a rigorous testing program across the website and key organic/GEO channels.
• Work with Design and Content to improve conversion at every step, with pipeline impact as the measure.

Qualifications

• A known playbook for scaling organic growth and improving LLM visibility and citations.
• A strong POV on scaling and improving website content and functionality leveraging AI.
• Hands-on AB testing experience; able to build and run a testing program from day one without a lot of ramp time.
• A strong ability to manage external vendors and developers without needing to write all the code yourself.
• Deep fluency in AI tools and models, both as a growth channel and a leverage point for team productivity and impact.

What We’re Looking For

Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles).

Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin. Employees are expected to be in office for 4 days per week. Certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description if so.
