AI Projects Coordinator / QO Systems Administrator

Essential Duties

• Partner with the Segment VP of Regulatory and Quality Operations to plan, execute, and deploy AI and automation initiatives across Quality Operations, including conducting AI test cases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Quality Operations, IT, and other teams to identify AI-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, CoPilot) to analyze KPIs and business metrics and transform rough ideas and outlines into polished deliverables, reports, and presentations, while ensuring risk management and compliance.
